By visiting or ordering from Mistwerks, you agree to these terms.

Products: Mistwerks sells 1:24 scale die-cast display models for adults and collectors. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from photos and videos. Product images and videos are for illustration. Features such as lights and spray effects work with the included battery or power setup as supplied, and results and duration can vary by unit.

No affiliation: Mistwerks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any automobile manufacturer. Any vehicle names, if used, are for descriptive purposes only.

Orders and pricing: All prices are in USD. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issues, and will refund you in full if we cancel.

Shipping and delivery: Orders ship from overseas with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks and can be longer in some countries. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds: See our Refund policy. Our 30-day damaged or defective item guarantee applies.

Customs and duties: Import duties and taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mistwerks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Misuse: Use the product as intended. Do not ingest it or use it near children without supervision. Do not use liquids other than clean water in any spray function.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.

Changes: We may update these terms and will post the new date above.
