FREE TRACKED SHIPPING

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Processing: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

Delivery time: Estimated 2-4 weeks from the order date. Delivery to some countries can take longer, and customs delays are possible.

Tracking: We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the first scan.

Customs and duties: Depending on your country, your carrier or local customs may charge import duties or taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Address accuracy: Please double check your shipping address. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost packages: If your package has not arrived 5 weeks after your order date, email standbycloudllc@gmail.com and we will investigate and reship or refund.
