Refund policy

30-DAY DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM GUARANTEE

If your Mistwerks order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email standbycloudllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice.

Change-of-mind returns: Because orders ship directly from overseas fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong color/variant ordered, or incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.

Items that never arrive: If your tracking shows no delivery 5 weeks after your order date, contact us and we will reship or refund your order in full.

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Shipping is free, so no shipping costs are refunded.

Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved. We may ask for a photo of the packaging.
