30-day damaged-item guarantee. If your Mistwerks model arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, your choice.
Because orders ship from overseas, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
